Metal Analysis Solutions for Foundries & Casting Facilities

Foundries are the backbone of metal component manufacturing, producing high-quality cast alloys for industries ranging from automotive and aerospace to construction and energy. To ensure consistency and compliance, foundries must deliver accurate chemical composition reports that meet stringent material grade standards.

ARUN Technology has been a trusted partner to the metal casting industry for over 35 years, supplying advanced Optical Emission Spectrometers (OES) designed for precision alloy analysis. Our instruments are used worldwide to support everything from quick grade sorting to in-depth elemental analysis, including trace element detection.

With fast, accurate results and a user-friendly software interface, ARUN’s OES systems streamline quality control at every stage of the melt process. We also offer custom calibrations for a broad range of steels, aluminium alloys, copper, and other non-ferrous metals, ensuring reliable performance across all material types.

Explore our MERLIN 4 and ARTUS 8 models below—trusted OES solutions for foundries looking to improve productivity, compliance, and material traceability.
